Last night I heard from Heather Philips she is 93 and has worshipped at St Peter's Church since it was built she moved to Henleaze when she was 2 she remembers my Grandfather and Grandmother she also remembers my father as a small boy She also remembers that my Grandfather was picked up everyday and driven to work in Bath she also remembered that that my Grandmother was never well she remembers that the fittings in the Lady Chapel were given in memory of Joan my dad's sister She has put me in touch Veronica Bowerman who has written books on Henleaze
